Finding someone to take on the role of Store Manager can be quite challenging. This individual is the face of a company and the person that manages not only processes but people. The role of a Store Manager here at Eagle Eye; however, is not necessarily to just “manage”. We desire for our Store Manager to develop and connect with our staff, as well as, build lasting relationships with our customers. This role is certainly not an easy one to fill and the journey leading up to this point has been extremely thorough. Mark and Susan Anderson, the chief executive officer and chief financial officer, respectively, will be honored Oct. 18 in Birmingham by the Alabama Retail Association in cooperation with the UAB Collat School of Business during the Alabama Retail Day luncheon.
