Finding someone to take on the role of Store Manager can be quite challenging. This individual is the face of a company and the person that manages not only processes but people. The role of a Store Manager here at Eagle Eye; however, is not necessarily to just “manage”. We desire for our Store Manager to develop and connect with our staff, as well as, build lasting relationships with our customers. This role is certainly not an easy one to fill and the journey leading up to this point has been extremely thorough. Despite all of that, we are delighted to announce that we have found the individual that we believe the Lord wants us to have to lead our company.
