IMPORTANT: Changes to Local Pickup

Dear Valued Eagle Eye Customer,

Thank you for your overwhelming support and continued business with us over the years in-store and online. Due to the foundation you have helped set, our company has experienced growth that will enable us to offer you more products and a wider variety to choose from.  Our goal is to be your one-stop-shop for your family’s needs in the Wiregrass. You may have already noticed that with this growth, we have recently expanded our inventory to include more new brands, gift items, products for your home, and even specialized foods like Poppy Popcorn and High Wired Coffee Roasters.

We have also recently leased a new warehouse separate from our retail location. This warehouse gives us the ability to better handle the increase in products we offer as well as accommodate the growth we are currently experiencing with our website. Our online channel allows us to reach a broader audience while providing our local customers the convenience of ordering ahead of time for pick up in-store or curbside.  

When we first started fulfilling online orders, we processed them in a 2-3 hour window. We also had the flexibility to fulfill an order if a customer arrived before their order was ready for pickup. Due to the growth of our online orders and some of our inventory being off-site at our new warehouse, we want to inform you of some upcoming changes.

Moving forward, it will take us longer to fulfill our online orders and local pickups. We will still do our best to complete them promptly and in the order they were received. However, we ask that you please wait to pick up your order until after you have received an email notification that it is ready for pickup. This will avoid any frustration that might occur arriving before it is prepared or making a separate trip to come back to receive your order.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with you through this growing time for our company. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to what is in store for Eagle Eye Outfitters and what we can provide you and our Wiregrass community.
