Remembering 20 Years of Eagle Eye

We are excited to announce that JULY 2019 marks 20 years of Eagle Eye. Over the past year, we have reflected on who we are and why we do what we do and wanted to share our history and our culture with you. 

Our History

1999 – Eagle Eye opened at Hillcrest Shopping Center in Dothan, AL

2003 – We Expanded our Retail Space inside Hillcrest Shopping Center

2007 – We Built Warehouse and Office Space in West Dothan

2009 – We Moved to what is now our “Old” Ross Clark Circle Location

2012 – We became members of the Grassroots Outdoor Alliance (GOA)

2014 – We moved to our Current Location (Formerly known as Davis Theatre – Cinema One) at 3535 Ross Clark Circle, Dothan, AL

2016 – We were Awarded:

• Best of the Wiregrass – Best Men’s Shoe Store
• Outdoor USA Magazine Top 100 Retailers of 2015
• Alabama Retailer of the Year Finalist

2016 – We started our E-Commerce Website where you can shop the products we carry in-store. We offer free pickup in-store and free delivery on orders over $100.

2016 – We were Awarded:

• Dothan Eagle’s Best of the Wiregrass – Best Men’s Shoe Store
• Dothan Eagle’s Best of the Wiregrass – Children’s Shoe Store

2017 – We were Awarded:

Our Culture

We pride ourself in being a different kind of outdoor retail store. Founded in 1999 as a small family clothing store with a few outdoor specific apparel lines, we quickly found an exclusive niche in Dothan in the outdoor industry. By listening to our customers, we began to pursue the major outdoor brands that no other store in our area had carried before.

Our origins are locally and family oriented, our products are outdoor and specialty related, and our mission is to glorify God through our service.
