Top Fashion Trends of 2023

The year has come and gone, so to celebrate, we want to look back at some of our favorite fashion trends from 2023! 

Athleisure

We’re all about fashion here at Eagle Eye Outfitters, but sometimes you want to look cute AND comfy. That’s why we are so glad that the athleisure trend grew this year! 

If you’re asking what in the world athleisure is, it’s exactly what it sounds like! Athleisure combines athletic wear with comfort and style so that you can look and feel your best. 

A typical athleisure wardrobe consists of hoodies and sweatshirts, classics tees, leggings, joggers, and sweatpants. Sets are also essential additions to your closet if you’re looking to adopt this style. Finish your outfit with a classic pair of running shoes from On or Brooks or even a fashion sneaker from brands like Vintage Havana and Victoria.

Fashion Sneakers

Speaking of fashion sneakers, here’s another trend that grew in 2023. Fashion sneakers are the meeting point between running shoes and more stylish fashion shoes. The beauty of fashion sneakers is that you can dress them up or down. Throw them on with one of your new athleisure sets or style them with a maxi dress, they’ll instantly complete your outfit! 

Fashion sneakers aren’t just plain. We love “dressed up” fashion sneakers with leather accents, fun colors, sparkles, studs, or metallic materials.

Pink!

It was undoubtedly the year of Barbie, which means pink was EVERYWHERE! From dresses and tops to shoes and even coolers, we wanted pink everything. It didn’t matter if it was hot pink, blush, bubblegum, magenta, ballet slipper, etc., if it was pink, it was trending.

Comfy Shoes

If you couldn’t tell from the athleisure trend, 2023 was the year of comfort without sacrificing style, and that goes for shoes, too. Boots and slippers from UGG and the Boston clog from Birkenstock flew off of our shelves all year, so much so that we had to do multiple restocks! 

We also introduced MOU to our line-up in 2023. The British brand produces durable, hand-crafted boots with premium natural fibers that keep your feet warm and cozy.
