Curbside Pickup: Everything You Need To Know

Have you heard? Eagle Eye Outfitters offers curbside pick-up! Due to the effects of COVID-19 we realize that minimizing contact with others is a great way to help prevent the spread of illness, and it is a convenient option for our customers who are on the go and prefer an additional option to shop with us and avoid the in-store crowds.  If you are wanting to shop with us online at ShopEagleEye.com and pick up your order via curbside pick-up, here is everything you need to know!

Step 1

Place your order via our Eagle Eye Outfitters Website. Select “In-Store Pickup” at the very end of checkout. You will still be required to put in a shipping address. Please note that if you live outside of a 35 mile radius this option will not appear at checkout. To have this pickup option appear, simply enter your name in the shipping address and input our store address for the shipping address to be able to select “In-Store Pickup”.  Our store address is 3535 Ross Circle, Dothan, AL, 36303. 

Step 2

We’ll let you know when your order is ready via email. This will take longer than a few hours due to some changes to our local pickup.  However, we will do our best to fulfill these orders as quickly as possible. You can decide if you want to pick up your order in-store at one of our cash registers, or outside from your car in our Curbside Pick-up area. All In-Store and Curbside Pick-Ups are available during store hours. Once notified, drive over to 3535 Ross Clark Circle, and head to the side of the building where the employee entrance is located. Look for the curbside pickup parking signs.

Step 3

Call (334) 796-8902 to let us know you’re here. We’ll ask for your name, order number, and parking spot number.

Step 4

You can remain in your car, and we’ll bring your order out to you!
